Problem: Can't create a team

I'm having a bit of a problem making a team, whenever I attempt to create one, it says "Error creating team, try again later". Am I doing something to cause this error and whats the fix?

PrimeNet has been particularly flaky the last few months; I'm sure you're not doing anything wrong, but unfortunately there isn't much we can do except "try again later". Hints: Don't do it at the top of the hour, that's when it crunches out stats updates. Other than that, it's just luck of the draw. (An upgrade is scheduled for sometime in the next few months for PrimeNet.)

Got it to work, just had to do it around the 3rd quarter of the hour. Thanks!
