Am I wrong in thinking this is a little odd? Just yesterday I was getting this range in around 200 sec if not less.

20220402_202425 ( 0:35): [Work thread Apr 2 20:24] M110496247 stage 1 is 3.73% complete. Time: 2028.701 sec.

Edit: I may be off on this by a digit on this now that I look at it but then I would wonder adding one extra digit is making it take this much longer?

This range? Or this setting?

Please note that "Let GPU72 Decide" for the GPU72 Colab instances has changed over the last day to retarget back up to the original purpose of GPU72 -- to help GIMPS. The low work was a temporary distraction.

What you're are seeing is the effort needed for FTC P-1 work. Your reported time looks sane.

Sorry for not giving notice here; I should have. This was unexpectedly implemented.

As always, people can explicitly choose the work types in the Web GUI. Low work is still available, it's just not the default.

If you say it's sane I'll go with that. I am on "Let GPU72 Decide." A little bit of my fault. I missed a digit. I thought it was M10,000,000 but it's actually M100,000,000. Considering I thought at first it was 10m I was just surprised to see such a time difference.

Happy to do this range as long as the progress is not wiped out the next time I start up GPU72 ...

I'm having to submit my results manually at present, could you do whatever you normally do to enable automatic result submittal. Thanks for all your great work :)

Can you poke it with a stick? There are Colab results waiting to be submitted.
