Final edit (I think):
Apparently factmsieve.py broke off without performing the square root step on my recent composite. Recovery was no problem, other than that my scripts hung until I intervened. ![]() Last fiddled with by EdH on 2016-11-24 at 18:45 |

On a side note. If you have to resume with -ncr, it will only perform -nc2, not the entire -nc suite. You would have to also add -nc3 to complete the square root phase. FWIW.

Good to know. Thanks. In this case -nc3 was all that was needed. Unfortunately, the skip essentially hung my "automatic" scripts due to me using the existence of factors in the log file to signal completion. I will need to come up with a catch for this situation, unless my next generation of scripts takes a different path...
