Type these lines into worktodo.txt in the Prime95 folder. Trial Factoring 2^74 to 2^75 (factor = "My Exponent", 74, 75) Trial Factoring 2^75 to 2^76 (factor = "My Exponent", 75, 76) P-1 Factoring: B1 = 650,000 and B2 = 22,000,000 (Advanced Menu, P-1) PRP Test (PRP = 1, 2, "My Exponent", -1) I still haven't figured out how to run the trial factoring on the GPU, not on the CPU. I got it to work, so a trial factoring is going on now, how do I upload the result to the server when finish the job?

Either use Misfit for all of your GPU factoring assignment management or manually submit them here: https://www.mersenne.org/manual_result/ (make sure you are signed in.)

You may have a cooling issue there, as your card is starting up (and getting hotter) the class time increases (and the GHzDays/Day decrease), which is a sign that the card is throttling the clock.

My Graphic Card won't run over certain speed after factoring for several %. Also why the program keeps going after finding a factor already?

Yep, what I said, it is throttling the clock, therefore you may have a cooling issue with it. For the second part of your question, there is a mfaktc.ini in your folder, read it and see what you can change to stop after the current class, when a factor is found. By default, it may stop after the current bitlevel. People here like to "tidy up" the things behind them and won't let an incomplete bitlevel in the database, but for the goals of finding primes, stopping immediately after that class doesn't hurt.

My computer was purchased in year 2013, so quiet old compare to the newer models. The graphic card doesn't have the liquid cooling.
If a factor is found, then that Mersenne number becomes a proven composite number, thus no need to keep factoring or go to a higher bit level. |

That is your opinion. Which is true, if your goal is to find primes. Other people however prefer to find as many factors as possible, eventually get a complete factorization of those numbers, when the last remaining cofactor can be in itself a very large (probable) prime.
Therefore, you can instruct mfaktc what to do when a factor is found. Stop after the current class, stop after the current bitlevel, or continue the assignment (some people assign more bitlevels at once). |

Has this specific exponent been factored high enough for the PRP test, or should I go 1 bit higher?
