Quantum superposition of thermodynamic evolutions with opposing time’s arrows
"Yet, quantum physics admits also superpositions between forward and time-reversal processes, whereby the thermodynamic arrow of time becomes quantum-mechanically undefined."

In the quantum world, time may not only flow in one direction
"The international team observed a quantum superposition, the state of which develops both backward and forward in time."

Something doesn't seem right about it, from the nearest neighbor concept to enumeration in general but if it's proven (as in the Jean Chretien sense) then so be it.

Default What is the best value and uncertainty to assign to G?

We still don't know the gravitational constant to much better accuracy than Henry Cavendish in 1798, who had obtained ~1.% accuracy. Multiple experiments indicate individual error estimates of as low as ~20 ppm but their error bars are scattered collectively over ~0.1% (10-3). Quite a contrast to the ~10-12 or better uncertainty in the Rydberg constant. https://physicstoday.scitation.org/d...1063/PT.3.2447

There is a similar problem with the cosmological constant. Maybe they just are no constants ?

Last fiddled with by Till on 2022-01-31 at 20:52 Reason: cosmological constant

Actually that is true.
Code:
