Odd Perfect Number, when will numbers go beyond ecm?

Sorry, people, I don't know the lingo, so my topic heading might be a bit obtuse.

I noticed the same two values have been in the OPN Most Wanted server for awhile now, and am wondering:

(1) When will one or the other move on to another method, and...

(2) Will there be a server for people who want to help sieve?(I'm assuming this will be necessary. Apologies, if I'm confused.
