Default Fast multithreaded Prime Sieve

A twin primes sieve that can be implemented for optimum performance using distributed networks.

Original paper from December 2018.

Remove the *.txt file extension to use.

Would you stop posting new threads about "your" sieve every year or so? Several years of posting the same were not enough?
