Default Benchmark run - Can I optimise how mprime is run?

I have a Dell 7920 which has a poor memory configuration - 2 x 32 GB DIMMs when they should be installed in sets of 4. That problem will be addressed as soon as I can get some DIMMs. The CPU is an Intel Xeon Platinum 8167M, 26-core, 52-thread, running at 2.0 GHz.

I run the mprime benchmark on CentOS 7.9, the results of which I have attached. This uses all 26-cores of the CPU, but I think I will limit mprime to 24 of the 26. Is there any way I can configure mprime to work best with this CPU. Currently I believe I am doing "PRP" with the exponent 109,832,003

Can I stop mprime cleanly? If so how? Based on the benchmark, and the workload, can I optimise things, to get the work done faster?

Some information about the CPU. This shows the frequency as 1 GHz. It should be 2 GHz. mprime reports

CPU speed: 2223.12 MHz, 26 hyperthreaded cores

It might run at 2223.12 MHz with a light load, but should not at full load. It is hard to get much information on this CPU - probably why it was relatively cheap at £300 (around $414 USD) used.
