Tom Womack's reservations page seems to be down. I get:

ucgi: system call error:
exec userv: No such file or directory

When I try to access it..

My sysadmin has disabled CGI scripts until a nasty remote exploit in bash (CVE-2014-6271) is fixed.

It should come back in a couple of days - depends on the efficiency of the Debian security team. They are generally pretty efficient, but the box runs a fairly old Debian and they've understandably prioritised fixing newer ones.

The first fix is incomplete, there are other ways to trigger remote code execution and your sysadmin should disable CGI scripts again...
A new round of updates is to be expected quickly.
