We still don't know the gravitational constant to much better accuracy than Henry Cavendish in 1798, who had obtained ~1.% accuracy. Multiple experiments indicate individual error estimates of as low as ~20 ppm but their error bars are scattered collectively over ~0.1% (10^-3).
