I think mprime is running the stage-2 correctly from B1=2M up to B2=465119886, but is reporting the B1 incorrectly in the result. I think George is aware of this issue and a fix is on the way (if not already released, I don't know). I was hitting the same issue myself.

Try 30.10 build 3. Let me know if it behaves better. I know I changed some behaviors at preda's request.

This version (on Windows - GUI) crashes right away. It does process the worktodo.add file to the worktodo.txt, but other than that doesn't work. Nothing is written to logs, so I can't (yet) help you figure out why is crashes. If you want me to run a specific command or something, please let me know! Be aware I'm on Windows.

Well that's not good. Please save the worktodo.txt and save files in case I can't figure out what is going on.

EDIT: I think I found the problem. Please try build 4 whenever that comes out.

Question: why does gpuowl not support pminus1 in worktodo?
It does support Pfactor, however that way the B2 chosen by prime95 is a lot smaller, like 1/10 (less effective)

Totally different code. Latest gpuowl supports doing aggressive B1, which it is good at, and passing the results to mprime/prime95 for a deep and efficient B2, which it is good at.

Please also try with

-use NO_ASM

to rule that out.
