My user picture

Somebody had my user picture be a giraffe. Who did that? I changed it to an electric rabbit Pokemon named Plusle.

The forum admin will often bestow an avatar for a user that has a few posts. It makes it easier to track who is posting. It is generally done playfully. Sometimes the picture is related to the person (based upon what they have stated) and is well suited, sometimes it is more random.

Your current picture is good.

For people who don't have avatars, one is assigned by default. It may be related to what you do or say

If you already chose one by yourself, it still may change occasionally, but this happens very seldom, and it is usually a sign of appreciation (or well, I took it so, when mine got changed hehe).

Careful with pokemons, they are tricky. Sometimes you get one as smiley too..

(I don't think I ever used mine, haha, because I don't especially like it, this may be the first time)
