Default Ranges for P4s

My suggestion is: a sticky thread with a list of available ranges suitable for P4s, i.e. that have already been factored through to 2^64.

Everyone would be free to choose any range they want of course, but it might help to nudge newcomers in the right direction.

Geoff.

I think that is a very good idea. I'll create a sticky!
