The issue of whether to continue with taking sequences to 100 digits was raised in the "Which range for Subproject #6?" thread. This poll is here to decide this.

I'm not sure what the alternative is if I vote NO. Would a lower level (80-90 digits) be attempted in the higher (1M-2M) sequence range or would it be a 110-120+ limit in the lower sequences??
Maybe one of each depending on each persons particular resources. :) |

I voted NO, at least not > 1M
BTW, I think that the 900K range still contains a couple of sequences that haven't reached 100 digits yet. It's hard to check because of the DB problems |

My suggestion would rather be extending that 50k to 100k sequences upto 110 digits or more?
In my opinion, I would suggest that we shall concentrate upon sequences below 1 million first of all, I strongly dislike adding up more pressure on aliquot status tables with those sequences from beyond 1 million. Let us get up all that sequences that are below 1 million as far as computing power that is available right now get us factored up with numbers easily enough. However, that it is your wish, anyway. It would be very nice if Mr. Christophe Clavier, Mr. Wieb Bosma, Mr. Clifford Stern, Mr. Paul Zimmermann, Mr. Juan Luis Varona, Mr. Manuel Benito, that everyone join up within this forum itself. If we have this much oposition to going above 1M then i think we should just do below 1M for now.
