So long with the downdriver for 996666. It went from 134 digits to 114 digits then it got 2^3*3. Now it is back to 130 digits (last results not yet reported to factorDB). I still like this marriage, so I am still going on, but if it goes back to 135 or higher (depend on the cofactors) I will divorce it too.

Hi !
I am working on sequence 5400 for more than 5 years now (currently at step 3095 on a c161, this is the second, and a bit smaller than the previous one, met at index 3087). I'd like to keep it reserved, even if it takes me 8 months to crack every hard step ! I keep the factor DB updated and also send mails to Christophe Clavier to keep tracks of my progress on his page. 6 is not a perfect number anymore !!!
Told you in the past that I am interested in aliquot sequences starting with powers.
If noone is working out 279936 then I would like to reserve it. I did not find it in the "reserved" list, but maybe it merges with some smaller, hence this is 6^7 as for a start. Got also interested in sequence starting with 6^9, but that is 8digit starter and it is outside of this reservation list. And I use this opportunity to report an error in the string parser of the factorDB, when you input a sequence that starts with a power or generally any expression, and want to see the graph, then the title of the graph misparse the expression part (stops at the operator). Try see the graph for sequence starting with 4, 8, 9, 36, 243 etc, a^b for any a,b, and you will see what I am talking about. You can see 10 different graphs all starting with 6, for example. Input 279936 as the starting number, click "show graph" and you will wonder why 6 is not a perfect number anymore....
