A milestone: 10 numbers factored to 2^74. Maybe it doesn't sound very exciting, but, nevertheless, it is much work for our "quiet" project.

Thanks everyone and keep going!

It will take some time

I am only going to 67 bit depth for the two.

I want to sum up all results from 2006.

My goal was to bring as much as possible wide ranges to 64 bits. Now we have 0.7M at 64 bits.

332100000-332199999: 63 bits, 136 left
332300000-332399999: 56 bits, 2681 left
332400000-332799999: 64 bits, 9428 left
332800000-332899999: 64 bits, 2332 left
333000000-333099999: 64 bits, 2375 left
333100000-333199999: 64 bits, 2418 left

Results from deep factoring:
current range is 332192831-332194207
74 bits: 19 candidates
73 bits: 1 candidate
67 bits: 3 candidates

No factors were found in deep factoring in 2006.

Thanks everyone who donated their CPU time to our project! Thanks George for Prime95! Thanks Ernst for Mfactor, my Athlon64 is running it 24/7!

Is this project still active? If so, what does one need to do to participate?

My friend 'Iffy Bob' is going to factor M332194033 from 67 to 75 bits,
and I have set up Prime 95 on his computer to do this work.
