k=733 , searched to n=4 million. Busy searching up to 5M. No new primes so far.

Hopefully more luck next year (or in the few days remaining of this year).

Found 1 prime:
6371*2^62318-1 is prime! (18764 decimal digits)

I filled some gaps recently on old old work, and found:
2115*2^607390-1 is prime.

I'll report completion status on the k>300 (choose your own k) thread.

I have searched k = 17849 to a maximum n value of 1 M (starting from n =1), and the following primes were found:

17849*2^5448-1 (already found by Gallot)
17849*2^29840-1
17849*2^278912-1

Passed 350,000.
Heading somewhere above 1,200,000 most likely.

If I read it right, the smallest value in the top 5000 list has 429,390 digits. Why separate ones larger here?
