Angry why is P1 no longer awarded?

on 22/10-2020 I got this reply from the server:

The expected 82.519 G-days wasn't added to my account.
Today it did the same, ignoring 26 results.
Pls, fix it.

Your work shows up as having been accepted on the 22nd,
103007263

If you didn't get credit, that may have been due to some work being done on the server. Go to your account and look at your results https://www.mersenne.org/results/
See if the credit is there if not, contact James Heinrich via PM with this and he will look into getting your credit sorted out.

I have been with gimps for 20 years+.
Off course I tested for the reward. Especially in this case where the receipt exactly tells me it didn't reward me.
Also I noted that the database had accepted the results, so a resend wouldn't work.
Yesterday still the same: 26 results nicely in the database - no credit.

what is PM?
and where to find Heinrich?

PM is a Private Message. If you look to the upper right of the screen you will see a link that says "Private Messages", click that. Them on the left look for "Send New Message" and type his name into the recipients field.

I will send him one and include you on it.

That's me. You can send me a PM by clicking my name to the left and choosing "send a private message to James Heinrich", or you can email me at james@mersenne.ca

I have been doing some work on the manual results page recently, although nothing that should have affected P-1 results. Still, it's possible I broke something. I will look into it.

So, at first quick glance it looks like it's just a display issue in the summary table on the manual results form. If you look (per Uncwilly's suggestion) at your Work Results Detail page you'll see that all your recent submissions are credited with ~11.3GHd for the NF-PM1 results, ~5.5GHd for the two stage-1 F-PM1 results (because they stopped after finding the factor in stage 1). That all looks correct.

I'll next look into the manual result summary and see if I can find why the summary was showing zero (even though correct credit was being applied).

I've looked at the manual form and don't find any immediate problems. I monitored for similar results submissions from users and saw the attached result submission show up as expected.

If you submit more results and again get something showing "0.000" when it shouldn't be, please take a screenshot (easier for me to read than the unformatted text) and email me and I'll look into it further.

Do they show up on your https://www.mersenne.org/results/ (you can use the search criteria and the exponent range to narrow them down, if you have recently submitted many results)? If they do, do the cpu credits look like they're correct?

They do (at least, they appear to do so when I display tsc's results). I'm waiting for him to check and confirm that he can also see that.

I have found and fixed the display bug. It was a mistyped variable name that affected manually-reported JSON-format P-1 results submitted in the last week or so. To emphasize, it was a display bug only, it never affected the actual credit given for any assignment.
