Not appearing in users stats

Hi,

I already had some work units of the new "2_757-", but I am not appearing in the user stats. My user id is "mcbryce" and the server "Longhorn" was used.

Could someone of the NFSNET-Team help me? I cannot remember this happened to me before.

You are not the only one affected. Something went wrong on Friday and there are now 150k lines that have been processed which are not reflected in the stats.

I have them here in the Warehouse, so they are not permanently lost.

I'm not sure where Don is this weekend, but I'm sure he will address the issue when he returns.

I think, something similiar happened again. This time it is server "LoneStar". I (userid "mcbryce") submitted work units to the server on Tuesday and Thursday, but the stats show Monday as the last time I send some work in.

"LoneStar" is a new pool. (A long story). It appears that its participants are not being reported in the stats. Unfortunately, Don is not available to add this pool to the active list. You are active and the stats should catch up early next week.

In the interim, I may try to "cheat" and cause the postings to appear.

I have a new problem with my userid "mcbryce" and a new computer guid "M0080C60955A8P0" on Server "Fenland".

The computer is not appearing in the stats although I submitted work units.

Could someone of the NFSNET-Team look into it?

The first thing to check is to see if the computer is listed as belonging to the user "unknown". If it is found there, the registration has gotten lost.

I'll "kick" the registrar and hopefully it will show up after tonight's update.
(The credits are there. We just need to get them associated with the right accounts.)
