Default Legal to implant prime95 as a stress-test in another software

I'm combining Prime95 and LinPack with a little GUI to make it easier to run stress tests. Is it legal in according to GIMPS to distribute Prime95 as part of a software package like that ?

There is a file "license.txt" included with the binary and with the source and for full legal details in refers to http://www.mersenne.org/legal/
Obviously, a copy of it has to be retained with your package.

Maybe you will easily satisfy the export requirements by adding a link to that page.

The users of your tool definitely need to be aware of EULA and the parts that state "GIMPS not responsible for any damages or losses arising from use of Software" and "It is up to you to get your employer's [or any other rightful owner's] permission before installing this Software". Where there's stress testing, there is an inevitable chance of damages or losses.
