I suppose it's because of the power supply. One of the most frequent factors that cause a machine to restart is a bad power supply (I've experienced it by myself). Besides that, the voltages for the 3.3V and the 5V lines seem to be lower than usual. Try another PSU.

Bad drivers, bad memory, bad chipset.

Eliminate one at a time until your problem is solved.

changing the psu did not work, i have done a complete reinstall and formated the harddrive, updated windows and all drivers, did not find any uppgrades for the chipset (k7s8x). i turned off the automatic restart in windows and this is what error code i recive, cant think of what to try next, cause memtest went ok.

IIRC, I've had bad CPUs and bad CPU cache (on-die and off) cause this error. I'd try disabling the cache in BIOS and see if that resolves the error.

Given what you have tried so far, I'd be swapping CPUs and motherboards around to identify the problem.
