No, that's a pump *lever*, not a crank - a crank generally implies a rotating action by means of a bent shaft, slightly different than the one in your pic. (Though admit the line gets blurry sometimes, e.g. an automobile "crankshaft" involves multiple lever arms like the one on the pump in your picture, all attached to a central rotating shaft. But I'd say when most folks think crank they thing of e.g. the thingie atop an old-fashioned Kaffeemühle.)
