How often are de "Milestones" in "Results queries" updated?

I would suggest that you don't check the milestones every day. They don't change smoothly. Sometimes a person has a number for months before the results are turned in. Attached is graph that shows that the progress jumps around.
The gaps represent missing data points.

That's because the countdown page is correct. That exponent still has not been double checked. When it has been, the milestone page will reflect that. (It will probably be a while.)
