Default Numbers of the form (23*(2^q+1) + or - (6^m-1)*(2^n-1))/2^w

(23*(2^q+1) + or - (6^m-1)*(2^n-1))/2^w

where q,m,n,w are primes.

Does every integer N be written in this form?
