Default Line 148 (10, 8) GNFS 154 spun poly

If anyone wants to take it, I also offer to find and spin a good GNFS CADO poly for line 148

I guess I should have gone ahead and ECM'd to t50 per my usual routine, but alas:

I am also ready to find and spin a good CADO GNFS poly for this c156, if anybody wants it.

Based on sieving results from my c202 job and a comparable GNFS job I believe the snfs quartic should be slightly easier.

I am pretty sure we can reach SNFS 202 through spin here, giving SNFS polys a try then.

The best one after a standard CADO polyselect, doesn't spin up.

c149 = p53 * p96

t50 was just a bit shy.
