Also, I am working on these from the triple check list. All are registered to me.

Assigned already to a known forumite. It will get done.

I will process this list.

Did you notice that ATH has worked in that area?

I noticed that someone had already checked out several of the exponents on the Triple Check list. But I do not remember who it was. I am only running those that I was successfully able to register via check-ins with PrimeNet so that I don't step on anyone's toes!

And Thanks for processing that triple check!

Ah yes... again, I fetched the assignment for 50893757 from mersenne.org directly and didn't check if there were requests here. I bumped it to process immediately (it was third in the queue) so it'll be ready in about 26 hours from now.

I grabbed:

DoubleCheck=84995717,73,1

Let's see if it really finishes in 2 months as predicted.

My computer that can't seem to process 100M+ exponents in a timely manner may have found a niche with this thread.

Oops! I am extremely bad at copy/pasting and ended up performing some unneeded tests on two exponents from my prior batch.

Specifically, I managed to assign 82453171 and 83082589 to different machines in reverse order somehow.

Wasted cycles and embarrassment aside, it seems like my account still got GHz/Days credit for performing these redundant tests. My question: is this working as intended? If a different user had performed another matching test, then credit might be warranted because replicability is the core of good science. But credit (aka fake Internet points) should encourage productive effort, and since my residual already matched once, I shouldn't be rewarded for another match. What do you folks think?

PS: If this is the wrong spot for this post, please help me relocate to somewhere more suitable. Thanks!

Sounds like a bug. This may be vulnerable to a replay attack, since you will have access to the full residues.
