I don't know if this is a related problem, but in the past couple of months my IE8 sessions have been interrupted with increasing frequency by the DEP feature, with claims that this is done to protect my computer. This seems to happen most often (but not always, I think) when using the Back key to return to a previous webpage.
Dunno, my browsing habits haven't changed suddenly. Has something changed in IE8's (or Windows's') behavior that's triggering this feature? Or are websites getting more aggressive/intrusive generally, such that this built-in protection is getting more of a workout? Rodrigo |
