I've done some searching, and I have 2 instances running. I just copied the directory, and set the afinity on each one.
Problem is, they are now both resuming the same Primality test. Is that right? Wouldn't I want the second instance doing something different? |

You should only copy executable Prime95, launch it from new location, and then set it up differently than the other instance (e.g. different computer name).

Delete the worktodo.ini file in the copied directory and restart prime95.
