I would say "partially incompletely permutable primes", as only part of numbers digits are permutable, and not all permutations of these digits within the number result in prime.

I searched https://www.mersenne.org/report_recent_cleared/ and I cannot find any number strings with 103374 in it.

Just wondering how many M103,374,xxx have already been identified as non-primes?

If I count the "factored" entries in the report for that range, 33 out of the 61 Mp have known factors.

Only some of the prime entries show "No Factors under 2^74". What types of the tests are to check the factors within a specific range?
