14e tasks of low difficulty are cumbersome for those who feed the grid, because the grid crunches them in several hours, but queuing them takes as much work as queuing GNFS 170 / SNFS 250 31/32-bit LPs tasks.
With a couple days of work, a good PHP programmer could make a dent into the todo/wish list for an improved grid management infrastructure: https://mersenneforum.org/showthread.php?t=21356 . But I'm not fluent in PHP and I don't have that sort of free time :( |

I can’t find an updated source of msieve for Windows either. Please let us know if you do come across one. In the future, please post reservations in the 2019 14e or 15e threads. They are easy to miss here. Thanks. |

I will be out of town for a week+ in a day or so. I plan to post another 30-bit job to the 14e queue before departing. I will return the following Monday and start working the post-processing queue at that time. Not to worry I haven't abandon ya'll.

I bought my wife a new laptop for New Years. I downloaded BOINC on it but every time I try to attach to NFS@Home, I get a message that the project is temporarily offline. I can still check in work units from other laptops and the website server status shows everything working.
Any ideas? Happy New Year! |
