My company is shutting down the facility where I work and moving people
to other facilities. These facilities are scattered over a wide area.

As people move they take hardware with them.

Over the past several weeks I have lost a fair chunk of my available resources
as they get moved to new locations.

I will move later this year. I do not know if my new facility will have public
resources that I can use. I may be forced to discontinue my NFS work
owing to lack of resources.

Meanwhile, the work that I can perform will be slowed somewhat due to
fewer resources.
