I have noticed some outdated information on the GIMPS Milestones page. As of right now, the GIMPS Milestones page reads: "All exponents below 53 551 349 have been tested and verified." The page should read: "All exponents below 53 586 979 have been tested and verified" as 53 551 349 was checked by Runtime Error on September 30 with the PRP test, with a PRP verification submitted by Chun sung soo a few hours later. Does anyone know why the exponent failed to be updated automatically? Thanks in advance.

Likely the code to generate that has not been updated to handle PRP

On a semi-related note, it seems that the leaderboards are counting DC-range PRPs as first time tests. (I recently submitted a few 56M PRPs that were obtained as DC-LL assignments, and the Ghz/days were credited as first time tests.)

If they were the first PRP tests for those exponents (which they are in that range), why shouldn't they be credited as first time tests? If they were the second PRP on the number it should be credited as a DC.

Yeah, maybe that makes sense. But it isn't the first primality test done on the exponent that was reported to PrimeNet. If my PRP had turned up prime, I think people would say that it was discovered through the double checking effort. I dunno, maybe it is working as intended. Thanks!
