mismatched columns for exponents with PRP cofactors

This is a very minor issue, but for exponents with PRP cofactors, the discovery date is listed under the "min B2" column. Here's an example: https://mersenne.ca/exponent/84211

I believe this can be resolved simply by removing the colspan="3" attribute from the relevant td tags.
