For other things like TF or ECM, a report can be created to see where in the rankings a user is.
Is there going to be something like that for PRP as well? |

At some point it'll be done but right now there aren't that many people doing it so I haven't personally felt all that motivated. I imagine we'll either update/add a few PRP reports here and there until they reach parity with other work types, or maybe we'll get hundreds of people switching from LL to PRP at which point we will have critical mass and a more urgent need. ![]() |

Is it correct that a few users have 30k+ 60k+ and 80k+ Ghz-days in these categories?
https://www.mersenne.org/report_top_...tom/?type=1007 https://www.mersenne.org/report_top_...tom/?type=1009 That is impressive since the new 29.4 version was only out for 3-4 months, or is it PRP tests from earlier versions as well? |

Since First LL tests and first PRP tests are so similar and basically serve the same purpose, I really hope that a report that treats them as equivalent is or will be available. Similarly for the double-check types. Especially for the lifetime reports, not treating LL and its PRP "replacement" as the same makes almost no sense to me, and would essentially devalue years of past LL testing some users have done.

Those earlier versions of mprime were actually capable of automatically submitting those results to Primenet and would do so if UsePrimenet=1 was set, but Primenet was never updated to handle them, until recently. It turns out there was a bug in the way the results were automatically submitted if the exponent had a long factor string, but this remained undiscovered since Primenet simply ignored those results. I still had all my old results.txt files, and when Primenet finally added this work type, I just e-mailed the files to George and received credit for the work. Version 29 added Type 5 as the preferred residue type, since the residue value remains the same even when new factors are discovered, and fixed the bug in handling results with long factor strings. |

I've done many PRP double checks and I don't appear in the lists.
