Default mpz_aprcl.h and jacobi_sum.h Troubles with r343

Hi Ben,

Sorry, but I'm back and for whatever reasons I'm having inexplicable (by me) troubles:
Code:
gcc -g -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall  -I. -Iinclude -I/home/duser/Math/gmp -I/home/duser/Math/ecm -c -o top/calc.o top/calc.c
top/calc.c:34:23: fatal error: mpz_aprcl.h: No such file or directory
 #include "mpz_aprcl.h"
                       ^
compilation terminated.
make: *** [top/calc.o] Error 1
If I copy mpz_aprcl.h down one level into top, I then get an identical jacobi_sum.h error. If I also copy jacobi_sum.h into the top directory, I continue with similar errors elsewhere:
Code:
gcc -g -O3 -fomit-frame-pointer -Wall  -I. -Iinclude -I/home/duser/Math/gmp -I/home/duser/Math/ecm -c -o factor/factor_common.o factor/factor_common.c
factor/factor_common.c:29:23: fatal error: mpz_aprcl.h: No such file or directory
 #include "mpz_aprcl.h"
                       ^
compilation terminated.
make: *** [factor/factor_common.o] Error 1
Only by copying the two headers into the yafu/include directory, can I eliminate the errors. This acted the same on two different machines - one, with Fedora and the other, with Ubuntu.

Edit: I was using the command "make x86_64" with no options.

Any thoughts? (Well, other than, "Ed, get lost again.")

Thanks...

Can you try to edit the Makefile and change the following line:
INC = -I. -Iinclude
To this:
INC = -I. -Iinclude -Itop/aprcl

Hopefully that should get it to work with no further changes needed. Let us know how it goes.
