25*12^n-1:

for even n let n = 2*q; factors to:
(5*12^q - 1) *
(5*12^q + 1)
odd n:
factor of 13

144*19^n-1:

for even n let n = 2*q; factors to:
(12*19^q - 1) *
(12*19^q + 1)
odd n:
factor of 5
