Updated the list to include CADO-NFS, which has 'gone 1.0' as of this morning.

The link for Yafu is not up to date.
http://sourceforge.net/projects/yafu/ is the link to the newest Yafu versions.

What is "trial factorization"?

As for specific numbers, I like to avoid that sort.
