It's yours!
BTW, with what name should I reserve the range on the fermatsearch site?
matzetoni? from...?

And be sure to use pfgw -gxo for the test :-)

Thanks for the hint :)
FermatSearch is something I haven't done before, so I can't really judge the amount of work this range contains. I'll make sure to unreserve it, if I notice that it is too much, okay?

Sure! You are free to do as much work as you like, as long as you announce reservations and unreservations In case we will fill up the holes for you.

Just one a few quick questions:

Shoukd I use pfgw -gxo on all candidates or only the prp ones (so I test all candidates for prp before doing the divisor test)?

Are there any output files from pfgw I should post here when I've done work? Where do factors get printed to if one is found?

You can use pfgw -gxo on all candidates to avoid the first primality testing step.

If you find factors (either Fermat or extended gfn/xGF factors) the program will create a pfgw-ptime file containing them.

You can post the file here, PM me and send an email to l DOT morelli AT moreware DOT org (that's a "L" of Luigi, not a "I" of "Igor")

Thank you again for your help!

Luigi
