No, currently, there is not. It is unlikely that there will be ever such thing because the availible work of doing CERTs is extremely limited. Since one does only a few percent of work of that someone other did, and the CERT requires the other work being done first, the small amount of work that needs to be done is limited (which is different to PRP (and other work types), we can always go higher with the exponents) and will be done quickly.

Our biggest PRPer's (I mean those who contribute the most GHz-days of PRP first time tests) do CERTs themselves now, so there is basically no backlog of CERTs without assignee.

You will see that when turning in a PRP or PRP-CF proo, it's CERT will be assigned nearly instantly (in my case, at most an hour).

No, but you can set your machine up to maximize the amount that you get. Go to Options, Resources, Advanced, and under CPU Resources set Certification work limit to at or above 100% if allowed. (The 100% is not of your machine, but of a set machine that George used as a baseline). Set your "Download limit for certification work" under Resources to a high value.
