Is there a hidden setting to hide all of the iteration times when timing an exponent with Advanced > Time? With 56 threads, it means scrolling through over 600 lines when performing 10 iterations. It would be a different story if it wrote to results.txt, but the results stay in the window.

No, there is no hidden option for that. I'll add one for the next release.
