Default strange output in results.txt ("M5 is prime!")?

UID: joblack/atomix, M5 is prime! Wd8: 000A000A,00000000

What does that mean ... is it a prime or just some 'control message'?

M(5) is indeed prime.

The real question would be: why were you testing it?

perhaps you were playing with advanced -> test and tested M5? the server wouldn't assign M5, that's for sure...

I haven´t tested it ... I´ve setup automatic testing ... so it should test without my interference ... damned program.

What exponent did you think you were testing? Was it 5xxxxxxx?

Maybe you've actually found a new mersenne prime and the number-output code didn't work well

Judging by his original post, I think he was in the middle of testing M46313681.

Or M46313653? There are two values. That's why I was wondering.

it looks to me like he was testing two different numbers on two different cores

Well it is still testing - perhaps I got hang up in the linux interface (mprime -m) which is kind of strange because you can't cancel an order (for instance if you press manual testing and can't cancel it with ctrl-c).

Greetings and thanks
jb

PS: yes, two cores (4 hthreaded) ....
