I've decided to start a new thread for this program. This is version 1.0.7. I've changed how terms are sent to the GPU to eliminate some possible errors and to make behaviors more predictable. I have one (slow) computer that I have tested this on and I think I have worked out the kinks.

If someone could either merge the posts from the other thread (or delete them) that would be great for those who are "one stop shoppers".

This is a CPU only command line version. It is slightly more than 2x faster than MultiSieve for some of the ranges I tested. I think there is room for improvement in this, but I'll have to play around a little. This sieve is more tricky to optimize than most sieves. Of course the GPU version (presuming it is working) will be faster. Even on my 2013 MacBook Pro, the GPU version is about 4x faster than the CPU only version. I'm just putting it out there as an option if you can't run the GPU version or if the GPU version doesn't run correctly.
