He is. However, when he makes a nonsensical post, rather than having
the previous post show up at the forum level, it is his post that shows
up. People may not realize that there is a real discussion taking place
and may choose to ignore the thread simply because cmd's post is the
most recent.

Hmm, that could be regarded as a mis-feature.

I have an empty ignore list because I believe supermods should be aware of any kinds of mis-usage of the forum. Accordingly, I wasn't aware of the phenomenon you report.

I'll take it up with Xyzzy and the other supermods.
