I just ordered a used HP Z620 dual 10-core Xeon w/64GB memory. I'll be tackling the biggish GNFS jobs from 15e once it arrives.

Quite a lot of compute for $900! Quadro K2000, too.

Hope for you it is less noisy than my a dual Xeon E5-2650, those fans are jetengines...
