New SR5 PRPnet server online

I am also glad to announce that we have another PRPnet server active.
This is the SR5 combined server. It will handle riesel and sierpinski tests at the same time.

Server is reachable via:

server=sr5:100:1:www.psp-project.de:8105

Transfer to the main DB is now active. So we have stats again.

I'm confused. Doesn't this cover the same range as PrimeGrid's current challenge?

No. The challange goes to 520K and after that starts again at 530K on riesel.
On sierpinsky the challange starts at 550K
There were some duplicates around 500K but these were all done by Joe and me.

Thanks for the explanation. Hopefully you will get some clients from the PrimeGrid project to switch over after the new year.

If you are using LLR with this server, you need to download the appropriate client and replace the LLRc you are using.

I wondered why my client has its last connect on Dec 19, 2010 :-)

Is there a simple way for me to read, how to participate again?
I formerly used server = "www.sr5.psp-project.de" with ports 12925 and 12920.

You were the only person running LLRnet and we wanted you to switch to PRPnet. RL is rather busy right now and I will have to look for some info for you. In the meantime, can you switch the programs on your machine?
