I tried to find all possible GET commands/parameters for factordb (like "api?query=", "report.php?report=" etc) in one place, but I keep getting different resources, disparate github repositories and stackoverflow questions (sometimes even luckily answered). Can someone point me in the right direction? Thank you in advance.

The only person likely to have such a list is Markus Tervooren. Sending him a polite email is probably the best option.
