ID / Password (blank) lost

I cant log to my Internet PrimeNet Server Individual Account Report.

when I check in my prime.ini file I have a blank in front of userPWD (I didn't fill anything in the registration form) and when I try to connect to my account I always get Error 01: Invalid Primenet username and password .

Can Someone help me please ?

Posting UserID is fine! You probably don't want to post your password or even PM it. The best way is post the contents of your prime.ini with the password field deleted.

That's the problem there is no password, I didn't fill it in the registration form.

You could try to change your password by going to:

http://www.mersenne.org/ips/manualtests.html#accounts

The form has areas labelled (1), (2), and (3).

In (1), change the selection to "Change Account Password"
And in (2), enter your UserID from prime.ini and a new non-blank password of your choice.
And in (3), enter the same UserID from prime.ini, plus a blank password.

Perhaps that will work.
If it works, edit your prime.ini and change the UserPWD line to use the non-blank password you chose above.

Then try restarting the program.

God this is complicated, just for a lost password !
Is there not any chances that I loose the work already accomplished on my computer ?

No, you shouldn't lose the work you already did.

In the same directory as your prime.ini file, there should be some files called pXXXXXXX or qXXXXXXX or mXXXXXXX (where the first X could be a letter or number, and the other seven Xs are numbers). Those are savefiles, where the work you already did is stored.

What happened when you tried the

Well I haven't exactly tried, I got scared.

Seriously I have contacted Scott Kurowski by pm and he's trying to fix my problem, only it still doesn't work !
