I've invented a board game, a tile game with similarities to Carcassonne, but I think it would really benefit from being played rather than sitting in a box. The test games that have been played prove concept and game flow.
A site such as boardgamearena.com (BGA) allows games onto their site where, typically 3,000 players are present and playing. To develop such a game on their site requires working knowledge of PHP, SQL, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript. I know what I am good at, and it is not programming! Is there anyone out there who would want to partner with me to develop this? I can offer 50/50 split on 10-year's worth of net digital revenue streams in lieu of your development effort on BGA first (not likely to generate revenue but will prove concept and generate track record and client base) and then your effort on developing other platform apps. |

Tabletop Simulator is a way to play board games online and may be a good way to prototype what you're doing. A particular game is basically a mod with the table set with the game in its initial state, the simulator handles networking you just need players to connect to you. The only drawback is the sim is a paid program. People play all sorts on it including games with lots of elements, sounds like the hard part to creating what you want would be the tiles.
