Default Sieving twins with srsieve

It occurred to me today that it is possible to sieve twin primes of the form k*2^n+-1 with srsieve(with algebraic removal turned off).
(k*2^n-1)*(k*2^n+1)=k^2*2^(2n)-1
Now that gpu sieving is available this is probably of no use now.
