Error uploading proof file

For the last week or so, my Prime95 communication thread has been reporting an error in uploading a proof file. I have never seen this error before and don't know what to do to resolve it.

The exact error message is:
Unexpected error during p111216797.proof upload: {"error_status".401,"error_message"."Unauthorized","error_description"."JSON result not yet submitted by your user ID or pr

This is being logged roughly every hour.

My PrimeNet user ID is GHolyoake

I'd be grateful if anyone can tell me how to resolve this problem.

You should find the Json of the result in the file results.json.txt . You may copy/paste the line for the given exponent and submit it manually on the web interface (www.mersenne.org/ , Manual Testing/Results), this may unblock the proof upload. Not sure why the result was not submitted automatically though.

Thank you for the suggestion. Unfortunately my results.json.txt file has no entry for the exponent that I need to upload the proof file for. I have no idea why this would be the case.

Any suggestions for what else I might try?

https://www.mersenne.org/report_expo...exp_hi=&full=1 shows the last update to the server occurred 2022-10-21 when it was 31.6% complete, after being assigned 2022-10-16. There's more amiss than a missing result submission. Check your prime95 settings, use primenet, UID, days between sending new end dates. Try (Advanced) Manual PrimeNet communication with send new expected completion dates to server checked.

While you're investigating and experimenting, check the amount of memory allowed for P-1 stage 2, and prime95 version. V30.8 or later does a much better job of efficiently finding factors with higher B2, but needs a lot of ram to do so.

Everything looks ok at my end on the other settings - it's only this one exponent that has an issue.
Currently I have been assigned 3 other exponents (M62882011, M62892227 & M111349093 with expected completion dates of November 7, November 9 and November 15 respectively).
My expected completion dates are sent every 3 hours, and I have 32GB RAM allowed for P-1 stage 2.

If you have any save files from late in the PRP run, save them somewhere in case we need to re-run the end of the PRP test.

I've not seen this behavior before, please email results.txt, results.json.txt, prime.log and prime.spl to me.

I am having this exact same error. Only started when I upgraded to v30.8 build 17

Which exponent?
Have you tried submitting your results.json.txt file to https://www.mersenne.org/manual_result/

the proof was uploaded and certified. Digging further indicates that the proof file was only partially
uploaded, but enough that it could be certified. Was this computer off-line for while?

This does show a bug in that the server should return an error that proof file is already uploaded and prime95 should then delete the proof. You can delete the proof file now.
